A graduate of the College of St. Mary in Omaha, Brenda worked for the Nebraska Library Commission in Lincoln before raising our three daughters. She joined John's operation in 1992 as office manager and is committed to providing the exceptional client service for which our office is known. Whether you need to schedule an appointment, make changes to your policies or accounts, submit a claim, or require any other service, please call her directly to handle your request.
